Gardenview Room

$85 per night

This cozy room has a queen-size bed and matching pieces made from cherry. The spindle-designed collection was made in 1942 by a High Point, NC manufacturer. Decor is green, pink and white. This room is downstairs and has a shower but no tub in the private bath. It boasts a wonderful view of the serene outdoors.

Woodview Room

$95 per night

This spacious retreat comes with a king-size bed and matching pieces made of burled fruitwood. The style is art deco with Bakelite handles. This room is upstairs and overlooks the woods. A tub and shower are in the large private bathroom. Decor is yellow, gold, black, green and white.

Paula's Library Suite

$105 per night

For the book lover who likes being surrounded by books. This roomy suite is downstairs overlooking the courtyard, which has several bird feeders hanging from the trees. Watching the squirrels and birds vie for food can be entertaining. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a couch that folds down into a three-quarter bed in the adjacent sitting room. It is furnished in quality custom-made pieces finished in white. Decor is green, pink, gold and white. The private bathroom has a tub and shower.

Waterview Room

$90 per night

This lovely room is upstairs overlooking the pond. It has a queen bed with matching pieces made of aged maple in a French style with ornate carvings. It is situated on the east side of the house so lots of light floods the room from sun up to sunset. The views are wonderful. Decor is pastels of green, russet, and white. The private bath has tub and shower.

Periwinkle Cottage

$135 per night

This beautiful, cozy cottage is so named for all the Periwinkle surrounding it. It is situated across the courtyard from the house. It is fully self-contained and is complete with provisions should you want to cook for yourself. Satellite TV and wireless internet are in the living area and bedroom.

The bedroom is furnished with French styled and ornately carved maple and fruitwood pieces. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub. Decor is blue, white, red, yellow and russet.

There is a private, brick patio behind the Cottage, complete with seating and a charcoal grill. It overlooks a smaller pond and woods. You may choose to read, cook-out or sit quietly and drink in the sights and sounds of nature.. An evening symphony is provided free of charge by the katydids, crickets, frogs and birds. Unfortunately, you cannot start it or stop it by remote control.
